• 7 night bookings must start on Saturdays.
• 4 night bookings must start on Tuesdays.
• 3 night bookings must start on Saturdays / Tuesdays / Wednesday.
  

Please note, the 3 and 4 night start days are to allow the cottage to be booked for the whole week and not waste valuable days, thus enabling us to give best value for our customers.

Bookings of less than 7 days will only be taken for between November & March, and within 4 weeks of arrival date excluding Christmas & New Year

Note:  The cottage must be left in the same clean and tidy condition as at the start of your stay. Any additional cleaning must be paid for.

Any breakages must be reported promptly and paid for in full.

Any loss or damage to guest�s  personal property is the responsibility of the guest.

A non-returnable deposit of 25% is payable at time of booking,
The balance is due 56 days (8 weeks) before arrival. Bookings made at less than 8 weeks notice are payable in full.
Cancellation before full payment results in loss of deposit, after full payment no refunds will be made.
At the customers request we can try to resell their holiday on their behalf.  This  may result in a reduction of price or days sold.
The shorter the notice the more difficult a resale will become.
We strongly advise therefore that guests take out travel cancellation insurance.
